Considering its exterior, the Next-gen Ford Figo has done well in its design, cosmetic and mechanical upgradation. It looks now more upmarket than its own predecessors. The changes in design is more focused in the front where it has now a more protruding grille with some small but smart changes to give it a fresh and peppy look. Moving into the interior, mostly you will notice not a big change than its previous facelift model, however, you can notice some significant changes and additions in the cabin.
The redesigned central console draws your attention at first as it is where you can find some major changes and upgradation. The central console is now with a floating 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system. But it isn’t the SYNC 3 type that you get in Freestyle. Now, talking about the most significant change in the Figo, it has now with a petrol engine of Dragon family which is the newest engine model of Ford. You can get both 1.2 L and 1.5 L petrol and diesel engine respectively with 3 cylinders. The 1.2 L engine generates a power of 96 PS and 120 Nm of torque with 5-speed MT whereas the 1.5 L engine produces a power of 100 PS and 215 Nm of torque with a 5-speed MT. Figo also offers AT with 1.5 L petrol engine that produces 123 PS and 150 Nm of torque. Ford Figo mileage they offer are quite great. The petrol variant gives a mileage of 20.4 Km/L whereas the diesel one gives 25.5 Km/L.
